Groot Schiphol Bereikbaar approached Livemobility to make an inventory of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Schiphol and Hoofddorp region.

Livemobility identified needs and increased the number of respondents through e-mail and telephone surveys. This provides insight into the mobility of approximately 1575 travelers in the working area.
The covid crisis and the consequences for organizations were used to determine improvement potential. Based on this data, Groot Schiphol Bereikbaar will work with small and medium-sized businesses to improve accessibility and mobility for the region, as well as lower CO2 emissions in the region.
The challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises are specified in mobility challenges that they will focus on during and after the covid restrictions. These data together constitute the potential for a consistent mobility policy with a sustainable character. Where free advice and collectivity achieve this.

Increasing the number of potential respondents within the target group requires expertise on the attractiveness, accessibility and length of the survey. In addition, telephone follow-up is targeted and essential to obtain relevant data in a short period of time.
